		CLASS 'C' LICENCE APPLICATION/RENEWAL Use this application form to apply for a license. Class licence is a licence issued to a charitable or religious organization to conduct and manage a Bingo Event in conjunction with a Class ‘A' Bingo Hall. Please ensure that key documents listed on page 6 are included in your application.
