CLASS 'B' LICENCE APPLICATION/RENEWAL
Use this application form to apply for a license. Class 'B' licence is a licence issued to a charitable or religious organization to conduct and manage a Bingo Event in conjunction with a Class ‘A' Bingo Hall. Please ensure that key documents listed on page 6 are included in your application

CLASS B REPORTING FORMS
Class B Licencees are required to complete and submit a Year End Financial Report at the end of every licence year. Every licencee is required to record all transactions which include deposits and disbursements of charitable gaming revenue. Bank statements, cancelled cheques, and a general ledger are required at the end of the licence year along with the Year End Financial Report.
