Councillor Tom Bear |
 Councillor Tom Bear is from the Big River First Nation in Treaty 6 Territory. He is an Indian Teacher Education Program alumnus and taught people of northern Saskatchewan . He implemented the Satellite Industrial Mechanics program through the FSIN and has served for 16 years as Councillor for his reserve. He served as Agency Chiefs Tribal Council Chief for two years and sits on the IGR board as the ACTC representative. |
